The box you shipped my bags in was the actual product box which was tattered and dirty. It should have been shipped in some sort of box or plastic bag so it would have arrived clean and suitable for housing the product in my home.

It’s great but definitely not as big as I was expecting, a bit small but other than that everything else is great, absolutely love it!

This part of the litter box is too sensitive and easy to breake while cleaning.

The package did not include the plastic part that holds the litter bag in place. Is this no longer included in the parts? We have found that it helps to have that in place.

Very fast shipping. Arrived in perfect shape.

I was relieved that there was minimal assembly on my part. The instructions were fairly easy to follow and I appreciate the tips on getting your cat to acclimate to the new box. She is using it now. My only complaint is one time she managed to use a corner and some excrement was stuck to the side, so I had to remove it manually. Also, the smaller turds don't always get scooped out. All in all, I am quite happy with it.

Easy to set up. Quiet, possibly a little too quiet. Makes it seem like it is struggling to turn when it empties. So far one of my 3 cats seems to like it.
