I would give it a 5 but 2 of my cats dig like crazy which tears the bottom liner and litter escapes and it makes a mess. They need to make a REPLACEMENT BOTTOM for it.

It is definitely quieter than my last one. The last one with just a generic name wasn’t as open. Couldn’t see everything inside like this but no real deal breaker. I like the last one let me know when it was time to empty. I have to just figure cleaning after two days with two cats. Took a couple days to get use to it but cats are using it and no odor problem

I received the plastic lining great but the deodorizer was out of stock

I would’ve preferred getting the larger quantity but they were sold out. So I got 2 of the smaller packs.

Every product that we have ordered have been excellent. The only issue we have is there are no replacement parts for the SC02 drum rubber liner. It is just out of the warranty time line, and we would have to purchase a new litter box to fix the issue.

A little too long to deliver the fountain, we like it though so far.

I like the cat litter alot! My cats don't track it on furniture like the other cat litter that I used to use. I like the up dates and quick arrival of my order. The litter is a little pricey. I am paying twice as much from what I used to get from the store.
