Catbox is working well, only one of 3 cats uses it consistently It doesn’t handle soft stools very well but I guess that’s not surprising still having trouble getting refills for the deodorizer and without them it really smells bad still better than an open box in the living area where we have to keep our second box

The automatic litter box works great! Being able to adjust the cleaning time after my cat goes potty is great! Being able to track my cat’s weight and frequency is also very useful! The litter box connected to my network and app without issue! There are only two issues I have with this litter box. The first issue is that the deodorizing gel cube doesn’t do as good a job as advertised, but it’s still better than the smell of a traditional litter box. The second issue is that the litter guard that you can install on the opening of the litter box does not seem to help keep the litter from being kicked out of litter box. My cat is messy with his litter! Other than those two issues, the litter box works great! I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Purchased this to replace having the Whisker Robot. Love the size, and how quiet it is when its cleaning. Haven't sat down to explore all the functions of the app, but I appreciate it. Seems heavily incorporated with China which is disappointing. Hope this lasts!

We got the litter box a few days ago. We are loving it!! The cats adjusted to the new box wonderfully! We had another automatic litter box already. The new litter box is so quiet! The delivery was extremely fast! It was at my door 2 days after ordering. My only complaint is that I ordered the box in the grey color and receive white one. I didn’t bother to call and complain because I’m going away soon and just wanted to start using the new box to make sure my cats adjusted. I would definitely recommend this litter box.

We bought both a Meowant and Litter Robot 3 at the same time. We have one Bengal cat and decided we were done scooping. This gives us a good look at which we like better for what...and why. I like inner size of the Litter Robot better for our cat as he is long and lean. He has more room to maneuver in there. However, we also like the Litter Robot (would have been five stars but for two things.) 1. Because it is smaller for our cat his urine soaked litter sticks to the top and sides of the box as it rotates to clean. 2. The size. Wish it had a larger inner area for our long lean boy. Things I love about it. 1. Quiet. How nice. 2. Odor control. Beats the Litter Robot hands down. 3. Ease of cleaning the collected used litter. Mayhem (our cat) is using both, happily with no mishaps. We should have done this long ago

Product works great. I had a great difficulty trying to link it to the mobile app. However, it still works well. I tried multiple times to get a list of the factory settings but received no response. Still a great product with the current settings .

The box works like it should if my cats would just use it. I've tried everything.
