I wanted an extra sifting screen for my SC09. When I looked online it was hard for me to figure out if I was ordering the correct part. So I sent an email to customer service. I was sent a link within 24 hours and the screen a few days after I ordered.

It’s been in use for a few days now and we are thrilled and so are all three cats. It works very well, the litter does not track all over the house and no smell. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Thank you for a great product.

I’ve been using Meowant for about a year and I love it. I’d tried other, more expensive automatic options before Meowant. This litter box is compact, yet sufficient for my two cats (one is a Maine Coon). There’s almost no tracking, I replace the litter bag about 3 times each week (I use doubled plastic grocery bags). The litter box stays clean and my cats are healthier. This was a great investment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had to change my shipping address after I ordered and the email response time was very quick. Got the order updated and my product arrived within a few days of ordering.
