The product works great and I am happy that the cats are using it. Shipping was confusing. I received notification that 2 of the 2 products shipped under 1 USPS tracking number. I received 2 boxes of liners, but no self-cleaning litter box as the notification indicated was delivered. I contacted Meowant 3 times. Twice by responding to the “your order was delivered “ and once through the website. I failed to include the order number, so no one could help me. The responses only indicated that the USPS tracking number was successfully delivered. The next day, the actual machine was delivered through FedEx. I did not see that tracking number anywhere on my account.

After opening box and pulling out the round portion separate from the base, I found the instruction booklet on the bottom of the box with instructions “do not” separate them. Oops … After putting it together, found there is no frame to hold litter bag down as shown on a YouTube video. Only other concern for me was the weight (I’m 80). Positive: my cat immediately started using.

Fast and easy to make an appointment . Staff was friendly and wasn’t trying to push anything I didn’t want for my animal. I gave it four stars only because the doctor entered the room and didn’t introduce herself or tell me anything she was about to do or ask me any questions about my cat .It felt like she just wanted to come in give the shots take a look and leave. I did have questions and concerns that did get answered. I just wish it was more of a better approach when first meeting.

Good experience I thought the interior was a little big but wasn’t, but works

It arrived late but I think that’s FedEx’s fault. It was fairly simple to set up. The app is pretty simple but it took a while to find the info for the app in the set up booklet.

Works well and is quiet. Only thing I noticed within the first 24hrs is a clump of fecal matter was stuck to the strainer.

Works great, but I wish there was a sensor for the dump bin to let me know when it's full instead of just checking all the time. Also, I wish the area for the cat was larger, because my big boy would have to stay half in half out of it

Our cat took straight to it. It's like she couldn't wait for us to get it together. Lo😆 No more endless digging for nuggets. 💩 The reason for the 4 star review is a litte cheaply made for the price. Was easy to put together which was a plus.
