The ordering was easy and the set up was very quick and painless - the only issue i have is the screen used to separate the clumps from the rest of the litter has too big of holes and have to scoop up after to really get clean - other than that really good!

You send fast but you not send me a necklaces so my dogs can use it. Now I must shopping for the necklace first.

I like that the product was delivered on the day indicated by tracking. I was not happy that it was delivered to the wrong door of the house . My apartment is a walk out basement door at the end of the driveway. Very difficult to go down a steep bank to get to the driveway.

I have 3 cats and it was getting tiresome cleaning several litterboxes every other day. With only one of these litterboxes I still have to clean every other day, UT it is alot easier. I have found that with my 20 lb house panther I have to reset it sometimes after she uses it.

Works great overall, the cats love it. They got potty and then sit in front of it to watch it clean. It has issues with heavier solids opening the bin when it's cleaning since they fall against the lid so it has to be empty a little more often than I'd like.
