I bought the Meowant, Newest model, and was very satisfied until I noticed there was a hole at the bottom of the drum. I contacted Meowant and they asked me to forward them pictures to see what was happening. Once they got them, they promptly sent me another drum. I could not speak more highly of a company than what I have. If I ever need another one, I will definitely get this product again.

Customer service reached out to replace a product when an order could not be fulfilled so I was given the option to wait or take a different color.

The bags were delivered right to my house as promised.

I got one and it worked great so I invested in a second love this litter box

I just received it, so in less than a week, I love it so far! I did have to adjust the settings as it did not allow the litter time to clump when my Harley finished. Would highly recommend.

The unit is great the cats love it I love it. The only issue I had was I ordered off the site and it states it would ship in one day but took about a week. Also chats and emails went unanswered for days But I love the unit and would highly recommend. I also bought a Nekasa and the cats like this one better.

So far so good! The cats are investigating and a couple have used it so far! Relatively easy set up. Fast shipping.
