Jury still out on this machine. The dirty clumps do not seem to be fully dispensing when it goes to clean so I’m having to constantly wipe etc. - wanted less hands on which it hasn’t been.

I love that the litter box is consistent. However, it does seem to leak urine down the outside to underneath.

Setup was super easy, the unit works great and my cats only had a small adjustment period of about 1 day. My only problem is the app. I can not get the app to pair with my phone. I'm still working on it but haven't had any success yet.

There is only one thing that could improve the pet fountain and that is the rubber seal. It takes 2 people to get the seal on and locked in so it doesn't leak. It would be easier to seal if there was a channel in the seal that would hold the rudder gasket to the rim. Just a thought.

Easy set up. Kittens used it within a day. It could be a little bigger inside.

I inquired because the bags for my electric litter bags were not shown on site. They said they were on backorder. When they came in, they notified me so I could order them right away. Too expensive, though.

The litter box arrived on time and was easy to assemble. The litter came later, which delayed me putting the new box out, but only by a few days. The tracking for the litter didn't give an ETA, which would have been nice..if the litter has arrived with the machine and/or had an ETA on deliver I would have given 5 stars.

I love this litter box. The only problem I had was that when it dumped some of the clumps stuck to the back raking mechanism and didn’t go into the waste bin. Other than that everything else has been wonderful!
