Love the simplicity of the litter box , easy to clean and low enough for an older cat. Return email questions, not so good. Never got my answer

So I bought one of your litter boxes and a 3 pack of liners. Everything was good, checkout, shipping/delivery was quick. The quick start guide and the manual are very easy to understand. It’s just that I didn’t get my 3 packs of liners. I only received one.

Pros-quiet, larger open, Cons-Messy, cat litter sticks to the grate, the inside back lid, need to buy extra pieces from Etsy to make grate openings smaller to clean litter more thoroughly, and one to help keep litter inside. Modify waste bucket to keep particles from leaving waste bin when cycling. Seriously considering returning.

Leaks urine from base at front left corner at times.....not sure how/why it would leak. Cat is NOT peeing outside box. I have to keep a mat with a lip underneath so urine doesn't get on floor. It works great other than that.

It was very easy to set up. When it works, it's wonderful! Many times though, after my cat leaves the box, it does not self clean afterwards. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I get a notification that my cat used the box, sometimes I don't. The main reason that I got this box is because one of my cats refuses to use a dirty litter box. I currently have it set up on a schedule to clean every 5 hours to try an alleviate this problem.
