What I dislike is the size and the fact it should have a door on it especially when it self cleans it self so the cat won’t try or get in there. My cat keeps trying to get it when it’s cleaning and having a door on will prevent a cat injury and won’t mess up the mechanism or controls while it cleans. It will also prevent my cat kicking out the liter. The size is too large on the outside then on the inside. And I wish the bags weren’t in the back it should be able to pull it out from the front. It keeps cleaning even after it already clean the liter and my cat hasn’t gone in there. And expect cats to climb on top and take a nap! Wish I would have made a better choice than this one! Regardless of the price! I’m trying to make my life easier not harder. One good thing is I don’t have to scoop anymore!

I absolutely loved the easy of litter box, but our one rescue didn't take to it. I tired to return it within the return window time frame, but I was told I would have to pay shipping and handling even though it clearly says free returns within in time frame.

I loved the idea of a self scooping litter box, but my cats refuse to inside it to use it. And I also couldn't get it to connect to the app even with it sitting below our Wi-Fi router. But, it doesn't really matter if the cats won't use it. Otherwise, it came quickly was mostly easy to set up.

The box was torn and open on the side.

I enjoy not having to scoop it, but i have to change the waste bag twice a day with how horrible the smell gets. The waste bags are so big and Ive only got one small kitten so im not sure why the stench is so bad. I think its worse now than it was with the regular box

I really like this unit but unfortunately it seems to be too small for my older cat. She gets in but her butt sticks out and she goes on the mat accidentally. I want to keep it a little longer to see if she might get it and just turn her body around when getting in because my youngest cat does wonderful in the unit.

Designed such that only a handful of things can be wrong. Still I’ve had too many cases where it is running through the initial homing maneuver and gets stuck halfway through. Determined that it’s very sensitive to litter overfill. My cat urinates facing the back wall and urine gets on the plastic outside of the silicone base but in bound of litter. Then litter hardens and does not leave during cycle. Also cat deposits stick to slide leaving a mess around the waste basket door. I’m going to try different litters to see if it improves the situation. Need to make sure when installing barrel that it gets tipped appropriately or else you will get error lights. DO NOT THROW AWAY LED TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE. It’s fine really but takes some trial and error and requires more cleaning than I wanted. I feel like some of my issues would differ based on cat litter rituals/habbits

If I would have realized the waste receptacle was smaller than my existing Meowant litter box, I would have just bought another of what I already have. Pretty disappointed
