Love opening size and low to floor style. Bought as my bigger cat was not comfortable using the smaller size of the other one I have.

The litterbox came relatively quickly and was easy to set up and connect to wifi....don't know if the cats like it yet

Easy to set up and cat are loving it.

Delivery was fast, and they stayed in touch the whole time I was waiting for the cat litter box.

Upgraded to larger model due to large cats great products.

quick install and quick wifi setup.

Great and easy ordering! Love the big litter box for my 2 maine coons!

All appears to be going well. Shipping took longer than expected but I managed. I love the fact that the box is light weight and easy to put together. Us elderly appreciate the open design that allows easy cleaning. Hopefully I will not discover any problems with safety and hope that you will continue to insure a product that works well without changing design too much. Thank you! <3
