I pre ordered the SC 10 was waiting about a month for it. When it finally came back in stock it was priced lower than I originally paid. Guess it doesn't help to pre-order.

The team was slow to respond but very helpful and professional to resolve the issue. I had issues at the worst time (as I was leaving on vacation). So maybe the response time was normal. But overall, very good to work with.

Love your company and products. Only one issue, it was the condition of the thin little box my order was in when delivered to my front door stoop. It was open and the new plastic litter grate was partly out. Not broken but needs a better box and taping of the products. Luckily the UPS delivery didn't break it. Other than that I still love the litter boxes and products.

I want to give this 5 stars because this is an awesome product. All I have to do is just make sure there's litter and change out the bag, yes please. It works exactly how I expected it to. My cat used it right away but the problem is that he's only used it twice. I was wondering why the app was not updating until I checked the trash in it and he pissed on my bed. I believe he's afraid of it and refuses to use it. I don't know how to fix that and I could use some advice. I gave him access to his old litter box and he has been using that.

Quick service, however the side cover that fits over the edge is slightly lose and there is a gap. Working ok tho. Love the size!!

Everything went smoothly
