The new litter box is large, and it works well… but I am so disappointed in the app! It’s a different app than the former litter boxes used, and you can’t set up different pet profiles. This litter box does not differentiate between different cats. It’s a pretty wild change, especially since you’d assume that a customer buying such a large litter box would probably be a customer who has multiple cats! I just can’t understand why they made such a large downgrade. On the plus side, there is finally a waste bin monitor. But it doesn’t make up for being unable to track your cats individual bathroom activities.

I am constantly being sent notifications that b my waste bin is full when I only set this up just 2 minutes ago. There is no way I can convince this thing it's wrong...I don't like that. Make it right.... It's very frustrating.

The So2 is much smaller than I expected. It was advertised for 1 medium cat. My kitten is small at 6 months old and not much room for her to turn around. She will get a little bigger and I feel I wasted money cause of the size. Would have rather spent the extra money on the next size up.
