I really like how quiet it is. My kittens are exploring it a lot. My older cats are still quite skeptical, but I have only had it for a couple of days. It is not take the weights accurately at all, but that may be because I have carpeted floors. It was very easy to set up. I happy with it so far!

Love the new box cats are happy like the face it weighs them every time

Got here quickly

I bought this for my daughter. She has 5 cats, some are kittens. She always had a problem with them using a traditional litter box, but they all took to the automatic litter box without any problems. She loves the notifications on usage by cat, the bag is easy to change, and she said the setup was easy!

Love these boxes. This is my third. I still fave a couple of die hard kitties that haven’t converted yet, hopefully they will soon. A great product, easy set up.

Very fast shipping, prompt customer service. Quality product, very quiet. Easy to assemble.

Really good communication and fast delivery

Delivery of product was very fast. Set up was pretty easy. The cats got used to it pretty quickly. It is nice to not have to scoop out the litter box anymore. Sometimes we have litter sticking to the flapper, but otherwise, glad we purchased this product.
