I think the deodorizers for the automatic litterbox are effective but too expensive. Also, the quantity per order is not indicated on the website and this should be corrected. People want to see exactly how many they are purchasing.

The ordering and shipping process was a breeze and the product arrived very quickly. The product works very well but the size of the litter reservoir (where the clean litter goes not the trash can. that's the perfect size) is very small and does not allow for very much litter. My cats are using it but very hesitant about the interior size and the lack of litter in the part of the box where they go to the bathroom.

Hello, thank you for your comment. If the trash can is bigger, it will be too heavy when holding a lot of lumps, which may affect the normal operation of the product, so this was taken into consideration when designing it, and also to give the cat a wider space.

Received my order damaged. The shipping box was damaged and the litter box inside was damaged. Reached out to service and I'm awaiting a response. Quick response and action taken by company awaiting the new piece to be replaced.
