I have an extra piece. It’s a white sort of half moon shape that came in a plastic bag and I don’t know where it goes and also can you please tell me what is the best litter to use in the box the one that I’m using it’s still kind of wet and messy.

This is actually my third one I purchased. I have a large cat. She weighs 13.2 lbs. I was very happy with the first 2 that I bought, but she’s so big that she needed a larger opening to get into. So this one is perfect.

I have only had it for a day, but so far it seems to be an incredible product at an amazing price. From the time I ordered it to the moment it was delivered was about 4 days! Very fast service!

We are first timers trying your robotic cat litter box. So far so good it’s only been a week. We have 3 cats of different sizes and age. They all have taken to it right away with no hesitation. I like the no mess and ease of cleaning. I use to use clay litter and change the bag and whole litter box every other day yuk! Then went to clumping scooping and cleaning again time consuming and yuk! Now I just push a button empty a small bag add a little lightweight clumping litter. No more odors or mess on my floor. My cats and I really like having a clean litter box all the time.

We just received the litter box, so far pretty cool but my cats haven't gone in it yet. I was impressed with how quickly it arrived and it seems to be a solid unit.
