Very caring and did their best to make all efforts to resolve the situation.

Melody was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely does what it’s supposed to do and is a lifesaver for my Bert & Ernie.

I have 3 litter robots and I am in love with this product. I am going to get a couple more! It is so much better than my robots…even the 5 with cameras! It recognizes the cats better. I was scared to order, but so glad I did. It’s only been a week or so, but I could not be happier!

It was right on time putting in a safe place. I could go down and get it without worrying about it. Very prompt prop service.

Very communicative and fast shipping! Best purchase made. The smell with the litter box is nonexistent compared to the old litter box

Have had the cat box for several days now and is working well. The operation/spinning of the machine is very quit. I picked the xl version for our Maine Coon cat to have space and it seems to be nice and roomy for her. Shipping was quick and they kept you updated with emails.

Fast shipping. Great product. Excellent communication and customer service.
