Was pretty easy to setup. Doesn't like the newer long, thin cat litters that are plant based, so switching back to clay. Cat weight is off by about 7lbs. I asked their support how to calibrate but have had no response. Only holds a small amount of litter. My larger (adult) cats don't like it, preferring their old litter boxes. Kitten really likes it cuz it's cool to use a robotic potty I guess, but even he has to get out to bury his waste and he's about 6 months old. Wouldn't buy another, so looking at other options.

Could not track easily-took to long to receive

Unit is small in size but accommodating my cat. Just wish they didn't say wifi compatible. It's compatible with 2.4g but nothing is said about that in the adds, on the box, or in the quick set up. Only when trying to pair with the phone will it tell you 2.4g only. I feel like I was scammed somewhat.

I really like the functionality of this litter box; my cats absolutely love this box! I swear they use it just because they know it will start to move and they sit there and watch it! However, there is a serious issue with the app. It is constantly disconnecting or signing you out, when that happens, you don’t have Settings programmed to do the things you want to do when you want it to do it. That is problematic, especially when you work long hours and want to make sure your cats are taken care of and the litter box is clean. I am very happy with the litter box itself and what it does, I am incredibly unhappy with the functionality or lack thereof in their technology with the app.

I truly like the Meowant but my cats refuse to go in it. It is small inside and I thought the one I purchased was for larger cats as it said in the reviews and in the specifications. My largest cat is only 15 pounds. We are hoping if we keep trying they will go in. Maybe someone can give us some advice on this?

Doesn’t cycle always when it should so lots of dirty litter and it sticks all over the inside

Product didn’t even ship yet and they would not let me cancel and only change to a substitute to a different product if I wanted.
