Quick service. Love the product.

I love it. Cuts down on the smell and the time I am cleaning. The only complaint is clumps get stuck at times on the machine itself and I have to scrape it off.

I was very pleased with the Chat… helped me get my device connected.

It was easy to purchase. I just wish the grate was a little smaller. The smaller pieces of my kittens poo fall through and not into the collection bucket. But that’s a minor issue. The machine helps keep the odor contained and I only have to empty the collection bucket twice a week versus twice a day. So much better!

So far so good the only thing is where the litter scoops the holes are too big when it strains the litter

Got the SC02 on Halloween sale & it took a week to come in. Received the unit and it had a little bit of old litter & a liner bag in it before use (like someone had returned it). Took pictures in case and set it up anyways because reviews said it was difficult to return. Despite being tested by someone else, it works good & connects to the app. I am worried about the silicone liner at the bottom over time but we’ll see. Overall, happy with purchase.

Shipping was fast. Product as described. I have 3 cats and they all took to it super fast. The litter box itself is much larger than I was expecting. Be sure to measure if you have a small space.

It is working out very well.
