Product I ordered was temporarily out of stock, but the company contacted me promptly to advise of the delay. They asked if I wanted to wait for product to come in (4 to 6 weeks) and said they would then ship immediately. I also was given the option to cancel the order, but I opted to wait. Communication was timely and customer focused. About 5 weeks later I received the product, as promised.

The litter box works great! So easy to set up. It is great quality, worth the cost. I did have some trouble pairing with my device, and because it was over the weekend, I really wish there was another way to communicate faster and in real time with customer service, other than only via email. I wish there was a phone number or a live chat for faster communication.

I really like that it was automatic cleaning

The product is good and delivers what it said. Easy to use and convenient to clean. Simple operation means less can go wrong. Love this product. Have two and will probably get a few more.

I just got it a couple weeks ago but so far so good. The low profile works really well for when I have litters of kittens.
