Its is quiet and safe for sure, but the unit is pretty small. Only my 1 year old kitten uses it. My 14.5lb Ragdoll refuses, probably because he’s too big for it. He tried using it once but stopped after his struggle. My other 18lb cat used once also and stopped because of the struggle and the fact that he is 15 years old and struggles to get in. I guess I’m stuck with this small unit for one cat and when he gets bigger, he may also stop using it and then I won’t rebuy this one again.

Somewhat easy set up. How to install the gate was confusing. Having to tilt the drum to install was not a 100% sure on. But I did get it. It works great and my kitty took right too it. Just don’t feel like it’s taking all the litter box smell that I was hoping for. But I’m new to litter boxes so I may just need to add some deodorizer.

This liter box not only made my cat happy but also removed the dust I had to breath manually cleaning. This means everything to me since I now have COPD. It has been easy to keep clean and is also attractive. The part I am disappointed in is I was never able to get it to go online. I am missing out on the smart part but considering the price I paid during a sale and I mainly needed to eliminate breathing the dust so I am still happy.

I appreciate being informed when my order had to be divided into more than one shipment. I was impressed with the speed of delivery, although the second half of my order has not yet been received. (I was unable to add my review for the actual product I purchased because the TrustPilot website refused to load, even after three attempts.)
