The product itself is good, however my cat of 14 pounds does not like it. She does not have enough room to turn and scratch. How do I go about returning.

Love the product and design concept, but the smell from the discard box is EXTREMELY BAD! Is there any way to neutralize the smell? And yes we did install the scent cube.

Hi, we are so sorry to hear about the issue you've faced with our product. There are many reasons why the smell is very strong, some of my customers suggested adding baking soda in addition to the deodorant gel, and that helps!

I do not like the size of the box where you put the litter. It is too small for my long hair cat.

The box itself works well. It is responsive to the cats after they've used it. I like that the machine empties from the top. The shipping was fast. However this is not the right box for us. It is too small for my cats who are 13 and 14lbs. One of my cats refuses to use it. We are switching from one self cleaning litter box to another, so she shouldn't have any sensory issues there. I believe the problem is that the box is too small for my cat to turn around in.

Can still smell the box once the cat uses it, doesn't hide smell very well. Also, when it rotates and 'dumps' the slumped litter, not all of it falls in to the catch bin. However, it's only been 2 days, so we'll see if this changes as time goes on

The shipping was delayed for no apparent reason. Website says 3 to 5 business days, it took 13.
