Set up was easy! Works great! My cats love it! Helped so much with the smell! And so easy to use, change and refill.

Putting the new filter into the fountain was very easy. I just wish I could buy sponges to replace the old ones. Can I buy them?

I love this box..as soon as we put it together and got the app set up she went right in there and used it. I love the way it informs you when she has used it. This is the best purchase. Hopefully it will keep working this good.

I ordered units for my son and daughter in another state. The deliveries were made on time.

Fast and informed shipping
