It is fine for smaller cats. I have a medium-large fluffy cat and he won’t use it.

The litter box came right away but the fact that they didn’t keep up with the balance litter box sheets or the odor packages was up setting to say the least. Now have to way 30-40 days to get the rest of my order is ridiculous ..

The only issue i have is that the clips given for the lid do not snap tightly. The lid is really loose.

I love this when it works right. However, it keeps detecting a cat that weighs around 4.4 lbs and I hsve no such cat. It also doesn't always detect a cat in the box and doesn't clean it. Litter will stick to the bottom and not clean. Haven't tried spraying it lightly with non stick cooking spray yet.

I’ve had the litter box set up for almost 2 weeks now. My cat uses it about half the time, she will urinate in the Meowant but nothing else. The product itself was super easy to set up and the app navigation is easy as well. I have noticed that it doesn’t always register that my cat has been in and used it. I have to check it a few times a day and hit the button for a manual clean as it didn’t register the cat and thus didn’t do the auto clean. Also, before buying take note of where you currently have your litter box set up. Mine is in the laundry room with no outlet nearby so I have to either get an outlet installed or run an extension cord.

I bought the sc02 and it came Friday, 4 days ago. Started using it immediately. I have a 4yr old cat, 1 yr old and 2 12 wk old kittens, 4 cats total. They all use it. My 4 yr old cat is 15# and she fits just fine. No issues using it. Only issue is that she's really skittish, so right now she's only using once twice per day. My main issue with the box itself is the smell. I am using the scent cartridge that came with it but I'm having to replace the bag twice per day due to the odor. Even if it's not even half full, it stinks bad! Also, make sure to set it to clean at least 15 mins from the time they exit. The poop doesn't have a chance to "set up" so if its still soft, it gets caught in the grate and spreads along the backside of the housing. I am using Fresh Step Extreme, which I've always used, so the litter isn't the problem as far as odor. Overall, I'd give it a 6/10. Positives: •The app-shows who is using it based on their weight, convenience of using app rather than pushing buttons on the machine to clean/level the litter. •Convenience of not having to clean it manually. Negatives: •Doesn't get all the small bits of poop out. Still have to scoop it. •If there's not enough litter, the liquid gets on the liner and sticks to it. Keep litter full. •STINKS, does not hold odor well. •Bin liners (trash bags) don't last long. 4 cats, only holds about 1 day's worth of excrement. Advice: Clean the litter when all the cats are asleep. My kittens love to hop in right after I clean the litter. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The directions are printed, white letters on an orange background, which are very hard to see. Black letters on orange, would have been much easier to see. I got very frustrated trying to see what was written on the box, and on the instructions because of this and the size of the font. The right wheel cover doesn't fit tight,and I purchased 4 boxes, and it's not tight on 100%, 4 out of four. The design is well thought out, but I can't figure out how someone can design a litter box as great as this, which clearly focuses on the use of ease, not just for the cat,but for the owner, but writes out needed directions with white lettering on a background of a color, like the shade of orange, that needs a light and magnifier to read the directions. Once I figured out how to put it together, the rest were easy, except trying to get the wheel part to go onto the base while tipping it slightly to click onto the base, without the base sliding away from you. After assembling 4, I'm still not sure how to do that. I could not figure out how to tip it, to get it on the base, nor did it seem like I had to. It's to early to tell how the boxes work. I'd be happy to let you know in the future. I have 6 cats and one owner to please.
