Came quicker than I thought it would (within 3 days of ordering). Easy set-up despite some errors on first rotation. Drum got stuck and wouldn't complete rotation. Fixed it after a hour of working with it. Only happened once since then. Had it two weeks now and the main cat I ordered it for used it within 4 hours of setting it up. She even lays by it. Super quite as well when going into cleaning mode. Have it in my bedroom and don't hear it clean at all.
