I bought my unit in December 2024; July 2025, I experienced a tear in the silicone of the drum. I reached out and asked what I could do to replace it and they promptly coordinated a new drum to be delivered. They told me it would be 3-4 weeks before delivery. This was on August 20th. Today is August 24th and I just installed the new drum replacement. As a consumer in world of Veruca Salts, I got what I wanted and quick. I was perfectly content with waiting for overseas delivery for a few weeks, but solid company with delivery in just a few days.

Easy set up. Easy to clean! My cats love it. Not temperamental like other boxes I have. I own two of these.

I thought that for sure they were over hyping the product mbut no it was the real deal. I love it ! It easy to change litter for people who have some difficulty with bending over bcuz of pain or disabilities.

Meowant's people have been super helpful the entire way. Great communication on when products were arriving. Good turnaround time on out-of-stock items and let me know in a timely manner that there was going to be delays.

Ordered the replacement filters for my tall pet water fountain. My order came quickly and was easy to navigate placing the order.

Love my litter box. My orders are always sent right away and packed well.

So far it works great! You can't smell anything until you open the door where all the waste goes.. my half blind cat is having a few issues with it but he is learning and getting use to it
