Arrived slight damage to box product intact

I really like your litter box. I have one and both my cats use it. I purchased another for my son’s cat for Christmas . The only thing I don’t like is that the holes for the litter is to large and once a week I have to scoop out the little clumps that break off. Why don’t you make it with different size/interchangeable grates to filter the litter. I use a fine litter and sometimes a course litter. Also,I wish it had a notification that let you know when it full. Sometimes it fills up before you know it , which is my fault it’s easy to forget because I have not had any issues with smells

Easy to replace trash bag. The litterbox itself is pretty quiet. The grate holes are a cute shape but slightly too big for my cats #2. My cat isn’t a year old yet (7months),but hopefully after he gets bigger/older this wont be an issue. Love that it included bags! No odor at all the gel deodorizer works wonders. It has a light floral smell.

So far so good.fast shipping, Easy set up. Had an error after 1st day. Jammed on day two. Fixed and have not had a problem since.

It works, but I think this was a return. No manual, bags had been opened and only 18 bags in it when suppose to be 20. It had a gel odor cartridge in the litter box dried up. Packing inside just looked used. It has odor from Waste.
