Shipping was fast. Setup was extremely easy and cats started using it immediately. Very pleased with the product. Have gone 2 days with 7 cats using it and no stink.

The Meowant is so quiet. My cats are still adjusting to it but so far so good. I love that it weighs the cats.

My cats immediately adjusted to this litter box. I love that I do not have to scoop litter and can ditch our 4 litter boxes. Assembly was easy and quick.

Customer service was fast to respond and helpful. Haven’t gotten my kitten yet, so can’t give a full review on the litterbox, but it’s worked flawlessly in the test runs I’ve done!

Fast to ship the right product

I ordered this for my daughter because I have this and another brand and I find the this brand to be the better one. Less clearance to work takes up less space and I never have an issues with it. The best part is the emptying is from the top and not the bottom and it’s not messy at all. I truly love this brand and the specific model that I got it rotate sideways not to forward one. When I ordered it somehow the payment system had the address automatically to go to my niece in a different state which was incorrect. It was supposed to be going to my daughter and yet another state. It was a little distressing because they don’t seem to have a phone number to call but I sent an email and got a response first thing in the morning. They were able to switch the address and handle the whole thing without me canceling re-ordering it was amazing. Great customer service even without phone number.

Our two cats have been using their new litter box for just over a month and we could not be happier. The weight identification isn’t the most accurate but some of it seems to be our cats leave it then reach back in to dig in the litter more.

Arrived quickly and setup was a breeze. All of my cats are former ferals, so they are afraid of everything. So far, I have 4 out of 5 using the box. I’m hopeful!
