I like the liter box ,but it is difficult to speak to someone on phone to discuss issues. I am having trouble pairing my second box online and need help.

Small used litter catcher. Not as big as a litter robot so hard for my Maine Coons. I’m not overly happy with my purchase.

There is not enough litter in the box for the two cats I have. The holes are large and sometimes the poop gets stuck on the wall of the side that starts to empty because there wasn’t enough litter to dry it. I wish the holes were smaller to trap more poop.

The box was delivered promptly. The set up was fairly easy. I am a disappointed with how it cleans. Clumps stick to the flap and wet litter sticks to the bottom of the tray. The screen holes are too large and let small clumps get through. I find I still need to scoop.

I would like to start off by saying I seen many videos about the litter box & I’ve got 3 cats 1 dog & 4 kids with that being said I thought it would make my life easier with not having to scoop everyday in which it did but it didn’t. With that being said when it goes to clean a lot of it get stuck to the inner top of the litter box & also leaves a lot of litter still that would need to be put in the waste back into the pan. I know it can’t get every crumb but it does still leave a lot behind . That would be my only complaint

Unfortunately, I am unable to connect to the litter box because I cannot access 2.4 GHz or whatever. and one of the cats hasn't used it yet. But these are not issues on the litter box, but need to be resolved so that I can have the full benefit of the item. Pease assist if possible

I ordered a Meowant Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box - MW-SC01 and order a couple of extra items. I ordered 1 x 3Pack MeoWant Pet Odor Eliminator Gel & 1 x 20Pack MeoWant Litter Box Liners. I received the litter box however I did not receive the extra items. When I track the status, I see the order confirmed on July 4th and the request has been received.

I love the easy put together and operation. My only dissatisfaction was that the smaller clumps like marble size never moved into the waste basket. I had to discard them myself.
