When I went to order my Meowant through an ad on Facebook, there was only one option…it was for the SC01. I ordered it and hoped that mt largest cat would fit in it. The weight limit mentioned was 16 pounds. I knew my cat was very close to that. After I had placed the order I saw another ad for the SC02 which is supposed to have a larger capacity. I sent a message to customer service and explained the issue. I got a response from Rollanda. She made the change to my order and made sure that I received the correct unit and that it was in the color that I wanted. I bought this to replace a 3 year old LitterRobot. I don’t remember ever seeing the LitterRobot make a complete cycle without stopping at least twice before continuing on. Then it got to the point that it wouldn’t start a cycle unless we pushed reset, then cycle, button. So frustrating when we couldn’t go away over night because it would malfunction. The Meowant runs so smoothly and has not stopped mid cycle, yet!!! Keep up the good work!

Easy to put together. The first couple of uses didn’t go so well. Some of the urine and poo didn’t make it into the bag .it stuck to the back panel of the robot litter box. I thought maybe I gave the cats too much wet food . Because it was pretty soft. So I cut back on that and changed the litter to fresh pet and that solved the problem. But, I thought the bag didn’t need emptying for a week . I have two cats and I change every 2-3 days but that’s ok. It didn’t take long for them to use it. They were very curious and watched it as it moved emptying the litter. So far so good.

The website is easy to order, and shipping out was quick. The only downfall was the delivery service used. Lol, FedEx is always 2-3 days late.. Bought this as a surprise gift for my adult son and his fiance. They have 3 cats, and 1 who is easily stressed. A major concern was wondering if Mr. Scaredy cat would use it. He does! All 3 cats are using it!

Ordered an got exactly what I asked for. Could maybe be kept more up to date on when shipped. Product is great!

I like the idea of this cat box but I’m having problems with it, cat urine outside of the box leaking in the left hand corner and the weight system is a bit wonky. Also I have a piece that came with it and nowhere in any instructions does it show where it goes.

Only 4 stars because only have had it for a week, but so far so good. Wasn't sure Maggie was going to use it, when I first got it, she was eyeing it up like " that looks like what they put me in to go to the vet. But followed the "use tips" did a slow introduction, removed her litter box after 4-5 days, and she ajusted well. Having surgery soon, and it's going to save me from trips up and down the basements stairs everyday. Seems to be built well, easy to set up the app.

The litter box came quickly and was packaged well instructions were a bit vague but we figured it out. It is definitely only great for a 1 cat household. 3 cats is a bit much and you change bags every day to every other day. And still has letterbox odor. But it is very good at scooping and makes it so I don't have to get down on my hands and knees and clean the box out.

Delivery was prompt. Easy to assemble. Wish the waste bin was a bit larger. It filled in one day.
