My cats seem to like it went to it right away. But it’s kind of messy the poop smears on the side when it’s dumped. I have to wipe that away after they use it but I’m trying some different litter to see if that helps.

As much as I like the Meowant and I have two of them, because the holes in the screens are larger, much of the cat waste gets through and I still find myself cleaning it with a scoop to get rid of smaller waste and clumped litter that is on the smaller side so. It would be great if you guys could make screes with smaller holes so more of the waste goes into the litter debri box and not stay with the litter.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that you're still having to scoop the smaller waste. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when the litter doesn’t pass through as smoothly as expected. We do offer finer mesh screens for the SC02 litter box that might help with this issue. Please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you in getting the right replacement screen to better filter the waste and prevent smaller particles from staying in the litter box. We appreciate your continued support, and we hope this solution helps improve your experience with the Meowant litter boxes!

Could not get the letterbox to hook up with my phone over my Wi-Fi network even though my security system base is about 2 feet from it and doesn't have a connectivity issue. If you're going to set this up, try to get that sorted BEFORE you load it up with litter! Easy enough set-up otherwise and the cat seems to enjoy the show when it cleans itself after she uses it.

I didn't get my deodorant box for my litter box or deodorant with it .

So your machine does scare cats. Which I understand it is a different type of litter box. So I had to go back to our original litter box for the time being.

Fast delivery (got in 5 days), arrived well packaged, relatively easy set up other than trying to get the right amount of litter so that the drum would turn completely without getting stuck. Easy to connect to app. I am withholding a higher rating until I see if my cat adapts and uses to be able to speak to the functioning ability. Accessories are a nice touch. Great price for what you get. I have had other automated litter boxes that cost twice as much.
