Delivery was super delayed

Placed an order for the XL litter box, waited almost 3 weeks and didn’t have any type of response from the company. Reached out for an update got a reply “we are out of the office until 10/8.” A few days later I got another email that my product was being shipped out and should receive tracking shortly. Got the info so now I’m waiting on the product which should arrive on Tuesday

Delivery has been very slow. I have had to resort to using shopping bags because of this. I may continue that practice after this set of bags is delivered and used.

I would love to give 5 Stars however, I really can't as my feline simply refuses to use the product. I will say this though.... The product itself looks great, functions well, easy to assemble, easy to clean. Customer service was wonderful! I probably missed my return window but honestly, after placing litter in it, including used litter and some attractant, I couldn't in good conscience return this "used." Delivery did take a while but I was notified every step of the way and was offered a refund early on. I accepted the delay and it really wasn't a big deal. Customer service even threw in a treat. So overall, amazing and definitely worthy of 5 Stars, just can't as it's not being used .

I never received my extra liners that came with my purchase

Ok so it took almost a month to get it. I didn’t want to get the shop app. Too invasive for me. So I couldn’t track . I got in touch with amer. Exp. And they refunded my money. Finally received it three weeks later. Opened it and very Nicely packaged . Larger than I thought but that’s my fault . Didn’t fit where I wanted to put it but I found a place . My male kitten loves it. Used it the minute I plugged it in. My female kitten is afraid of everything . Hopefully in time crossing my fingers. So far it’s very quiet and is working . PS I did reissue payment.
