Somehow my old address went to you guys instead of my new one, I emailed you and you guys took care of contacting FedEx to get address changed to here, took a couple of days extra but was worth it, my cats love it!

Easy setup, cost, and quality of operation.

Excellent communication and shipping tracking can't wait to receive my litter box I've been wanting to switch to automatic for years but the price was so steep and then you guys helped me out a ton for the Halloween sale I couldn't be happier!

It was easy to assemble. And my cats

Set up was a breeze. The app is easy to install. I'm still fine tuning how to use everything but very satisfied with the unit. I have 2 cats and neither has used one before, to my knowledge. The older one is using it every day. I have hopes that the other one will become more comfortable with it. They both watch with concern or wonder when it cleans. I'm extending the cleaning wait time to 20 minutes after use because I've seen smearing!

Delivery was fast and so far the cat box is amazing. It's very quiet compared to the other one I have from a different brand.

The litter is really nice made from clay and mice deodorizers for making the litterbox smell fresh.

My daughter has one and I just recently bought mine. I love this litter box. Easy to set up and so far, 2 out of 3 cats are using it. The other one is curious so she should be using it anytime.
