Easy ordering process and arrived quickly with all parts and instructions.

This is the most awesomeness litter box ever. My greatest purchase in a very very long time. I have recommended this to many of my friends that have cats as well.

Had a problem with a defect in the anti-stick pad. I contacted customer service and they said the only way to replace it was to get a new drum. So they sent me a replacement drum. That was far above my expectations.

Love this product so much!!

This machine is amazing! It works exactly as advertised. Very quiet. I have four cats and they are very curious about their new litter box. I’m thinking of getting a second one.

The item was previously ordered from Amazon, but weeks passed with no updates on delivery. We decided to order directly from the company, which happened to be having a sale, and the item arrived on time with free delivery.

Fast fulfillment and shipping

We were helped to find what we needed and it came in a timely manner!
