No issues with the process. Just challenging to get my girls to use it. I am replacing another automatic box that they don’t use much but when they did they missed the box. So this one has a larger opening. Hoping that helps.

This is a great machine to help reduce the time to change the litter bags and less scooping. The only issue I don't like is having to clean the lid when changing the bags out. Other than that it is a great machine for the cats.

WE really like our new litter box! The ease of use is wonderful. Eliminating the litter box smell is great. My husband is so pleased with the purchase that we bought a second one. Besides the no scooping and smell, we have used less litter, and the litter stays clean in between complete litter changes.
