It does not clean like the ad said. When it empty after the can has done it busy it swears it on the wall above the emptying wall

So far I need to adjust the cleaning time and finding the right clumping litter that works well with the unit. Both of my cats took to it immediately. So far, so good!! love the app too.

I returned from Denver, and them my daughter broke her foot so today was the first time to set this up. There are no disposal bags. Everything else is present, even the perfume pads that were on backorder.

The unit came as expected. We set it up next to the old litter box. One cat took to it right away. The other cat FREAKED OUT. She was afraid to enter the room. We encouraged her, put litter attractant in the box, offered treats, etc. We finally moved the old litter box to another part of the room so she would be less frightened. She started peeing on the furniture and our bed. Finally we hid the meowant in the basement. She is still somewhat freaked out and will pee on our bed if given the chance. I will say, the meowant was quiet (we only ran it when neither cat was near). It left smaller poops (about 1 by 2 cm) even after multiple runs. I mainly took stars off because we could still smell the litter box. I think the collection bin didn’t seal tight enough to lock in the odors. We may try to reintroduce it in a few weeks but most likely will try to return it as it was so traumatic for one cat.

Ordered the unit with the liter. Received the unit but still waiting on the liter so haven't used it yet.

The button that holds the latch to keep the lid closed where the trash bag goes does not work anymore. I spent way too much money on this for this already not be working.

It doesn’t seem to get all the clumps

I had placed an order after seeing some marketing for the SC02, which was quickly delivered on 7/31 - it is 8/20 while writing this review. We have been Litter Robot users for the past 5 years and decided to make the attempt with Meowant since our LR3 connect was starting to have issues with cycling and LR doesn’t stand by their products for long… 1 out of 3 cats are refusing to use the Meowant and I believe it’s due to the box’s litter separator having too large of holes and still allowing dirty clumped litter back into the clean bin. I’ve also noticed how dirty the receptacle area gets during and after cycling - the door also doesn’t have enough space to fully shut when the bag is inserted tightly, the receptacle bin is also rather smaller. Feedback and concern of my current product so far after just shy of a months use. For note- we have had cats for well over a decade and fully understand their pickiness and how to properly transition them. We’ve tried all tricks in the book and 2 are being caught on camera peeing/pooping outside the SC02.
