It's easy to assemble and set up! Easy to do on your phone as well.

Great product, simple, uncomplicated workings...I ordered it online and it literally showed up the next day. So far so good. This thing is almost completely silent, too.

I've already bought one, and my cats love it. I've not received the second one yet, but I just ordered that a bit over a week ago

Part of my order is missing

Good product. Although we use clumping litter, the pee clumps stick to the bottom edge. Our cats are a little larger than normal so maybe the space is restricted. Otherwise, they took to it as soon as we installed it. So far, so good.

Delivery was quick. Having issues with the elevated fence. The one included doesn’t seem to fit.

My cats won’t quit playing with it. But it works ok. I actually don’t think I could leave for a weekend with it running though. The small litter box although convenient it gets filled in a day with 2 cats using it. Smells aren’t contained enough although better than regular litter boxes
