There was no way to secure the trash bin when a trash bag is used. Also there was a gap in the drum. Otherwise it works fine.

Difficult to clean inside

The system only support 5G wifi but I do not have a 2.4G wifi available.

Poor accessibility to litter waste and litter add is not handy. Set was easy. App is lacking would be nice to have notice of full waste bin and lack of litter.

Well as much as I like the design and collection bin, my cats pee in the corners and I cannot add more litter to cover that area. So I still have to scoop.

Took a long time for the actual litter box to arrive. Other accessories came fairly quickly.

Product works ok but not as clean as the cat genie I have approximately 30 rescues in my house that I found in my barn over the years there all fix but I wife doesn’t want to give any up

The ordering process was easy, but I wish I could have chosen my delivery provider. The delivery people left order in an unsecured area and the order was stolen. If it had been delivered to my door, it could not have been stolen.
