Very fast service

Quick delivery! Great product!!!!

Ordered the MW-SC02 model. Like the design with the open front. I like the fact that I can see my cats just in case. Also like the fact that the opening never closes so I feel my cats are safe. The unit was packed well protected and all parts were easily identified. The quick start guide was very clear and helpful to get the unit set up and running. I had absolutely no trouble in downloading or connecting the unit to the app, which I was very pleasantly surprised on since I have had trouble with others. Unit works nice and I am able to set the delay/wait time after one of my cats leave, to work the best with which litter I am using. I look forward to the Meowant brand that came with the unit. I've started to what they are used to and will add some of the new little by littler. All my cats have taken to this unit straightaway!! My 8 cats range from 4 moth old kittens to 8 years old. Easy low entry point for them all. Easy to clean also which is another 5 stars. Don't even have to take anything apart. I can wipe it down with wipes or a damp cloth anytime!! This is a great purchase for anyone. I highly recommend this unit and will be purchasing another for a different room. Thanks Meowant!

i loved it because it hardly required any assembly. and although my cat was scared at first, she got used to it and loves to watch it do its job afterwards. very curious. most of all, it's pretty mainenance free and i do not smell any bad oders. i love that it fills the bag for me. so worth it!!☺ it got to me quickly and safely as well☺

I have main coons and struggled to find something they could go to the bathroom comfortably in and this has been amazing. My cats immediately took the the meowant and are much cleaner and comfortable now

I got it much quicker than I anticipated. Setup was a breeze and the cats hopped right in.

Yes! Love the Machine! I haven't got any litter yet I have to order it. Other than that I am happy how the machine works.

So far it seems to be working pretty good. It definitely is taking some getting used to for some of my cats.
