i have two and have plans to purchase two more for my home and give then purchase one more for my disabled mother to help her i love them and my cats do too. FYI my largest cat is 23+ pounds and he say just a bit more room would be nice but otherwise happy

Update! - Meowant responded to my complaint right away and shipped me a brand new Meowant. I received it 7 days after my complaint! I have set up my Meowant and it works perfectly. I have 2 cats. One used it within a couple of hours, the other is still hesitant to do more than look inside. I connected the app and it works perfectly. I received my Meowant today broken and used! The box had been previously opened and retaped. As I was taking the unit out I saw broken pieces in the bottom of the box. I turned the base upside down and found a very large chunk broken out of it. Then I looked in the tumbler and see feces from previous cats!! OMG! No one is responding to my emails or "chat" on their website.
