The instructions were not easy for me to understand. I did finally get it done. The box is very heavy for me to move. Hoping it will get easier as time goes on. My cats love it.

The ease of setting up was not very easy and had to click a couple times in place before the unit actually got stable. It is problematic with the cord and where I’m placing it but that’s a meat issue not a U issue. It just would be easier if there were a thicker cord that didn’t attract the cats lol also there is specific type types of litter that it works with and doesn’t work with. I specifically asked if it would work with tuft paw litter. Before calling, and I was given a yes, however it is not great with that. The litter bulks up because it is tofu, and some of it gets stuck to the size and doesn’t always fall in. Also, there is still a remainder of a smell I don’t know if there’s something that I’m doing wrong, but I have to empty it once at the end of the day, which is going to be costly with those bags to take care of because the point was to have the litter maintained so that way, I wouldn’t have to do that. Also, it is not completely spill free litter does come out and that is an issue too. I am trying to rework some issues, but these are a little problems. I am having I have been watching videos and trying to see how other people troubleshoot things to give it a chance, but I’m not extremely happy at this point.

The cats aren't using the box unless the litter robot is out of service like when I clean it or I block it off to see what happens. It came quickly. It was easier to set up but if they don't use it it doesn't help me. Also the holes for the cleaning are kind of large so not everything is going through. A lot of stuff is coming back into the litter.

I have liked this litter box except for 1 thing. The buttons to push that open the trash box are stuck. 1 is very hard to push to open the latch. So much so that I have to push 1 at a time. I will reach out to customer service. It is quiet which I like!

Litter clumps keep getting stuck on the back of the litter box. Have to check it daily and wipe it down. I only have one small cat. This was supposed to make my life easier.

It doesn't always sift everything out of the litter. There will still be chunks of stuff in the litter. It also has fecal matter get stuck to the sides.

It does not auto clean. I followed the trouble shooting steps in the directions and on Air Pet site. As this is the primary reason for my purchase it is disappointing
