I'm having an awful time getting it to work I'm quite disappointed it's a piece of garbage i am so mad that I wasted 300 dollars on this it does not work!!!!!!!!!

The info section stated that it would be cats fro 3 lbs to 22 lbs. My cat is 19 lbs and it is not big enough to comfortably fit. I would not recommend it for bigger cats. I would not buy again, if it could be returned I definitely be returning, would you offer a larger size?????

The letterbox gets dirty really fast and I'm having to clean this littler box more than I did my litter robot. Not really worth the month that was spent

My first package was not received even when the status says it’s been delivered. I’ve already contacted fedex about the issue, which they state the ticket has been “closed” and for me to contact the vendor, I continuously email meowant company with no response. These items are expensive and as much as I was looking forward to both of my items, I have yet to get any response or resolution from the company. I actually don’t know what to do, and am very disappointed.

When I ordered my machine everything was fine then I get an email saying that the color I chose was out of stock. I really didn't care about color and my machine was delayed. I had to wait an extra week to get the machine delivered.

Unfortunately, the unit doesn’t have a good seal for where the feces and urine and go so the smell emanating off of the litter box is pretty bad. As an example, I just replaced the bag yesterday and it’s not even that full and it spells terrible.

I was charged 25.00 for my free waist bags and did not get a electric cord for my litter box. No response from support!

The lid is hard to open and, once opened, the latches do not return to the closed position without having to be tugged on first. The used litter hits several parts when emptying and has to be cleaned often.
