The product works as it should
The product works as it should. Packaging varies from customer to customer. A friend of mine received hers the same day and the deodorizers came in a plastic pouch. There has been a learning curve for my guys. There’s was poop on the edge of the box after I put the guard to help with litter getting kicked out. So I left it off. Also no cleaning times only allowing for 1 minute auto cleaning once cat leaves box to help reduce their fear of using it. But I will be installing a small camera in front of box to help me see who is using and who still uses old box. I have watch many helpful videos about how to introduce cats to automatic litter boxes. So far I’ve had less cleanup. Clumps sometimes get stuck on sides. I’ve ordered a second one a different model with wider opening as I have 7 cats in main living area. I have a total of nine kitties but one stays on our bedroom so I’m not sure I will switch her just yet. And we have one outside kitty who uses a box in our laundry area whenever we bring him inside during extreme heat or cold. He loves to be outdoors but because he came to us testing FIV positive we can’t risk him being around our other kitties. There were all at one time outside kitties that came to us and we adopted them into our home. We do everything we can to ensure of their health and safety. I’m still trying to determine who it using so I can record accurate weight. All in all it’s a good product for the sale price. I’m glad they were offering a special. I can not comment on the company or customer service as I have not had any issues. I ordered from the company and not Amazon. Everything came well packed and intact. One complaint is with FedEx they left our delivery exposed to pouring rain. All delivery drivers are supposed to to have plastic to cover shipments so they are not exposed to elements especially when they can clearly see by forecast it’s going to be inclement weather. Especially here in Florida. I’ve read Meowant as a company does not have the best ratings from BBB. I have not had any issues as yet.
