Chinese made, everything was there, properly packaged and even with a couple of confusing directions we went live in a short period of time.

So far my experience has been positive. I love not having to scoop every day. The downside is that I sometimes forget to clean out the used litter 'trap'. I still am training my cats to use the litterbox, so I'll need to update my review in the future after all ny cats start using the box.

It was for my mother and her cats and I gave it to her to set up. She got everything ready and set up but didn't know how to make it automatically clean after the cat exited. We weren't sure if it needed Wifi or something like that for it to operate. We just push the button to clean it, but besides that everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Love this because: 1- Easy access to litter bin 2 - it can use regular plastic grocery bags 3- It's a work horse and never seems to malfunction I don't like 1-that I need to clean the litter catch area quite often 2- slight smell even with their deoderizer

The side panel does not go on tight. It was loose when it came in the box just laying against the machine. It still doesn’t fit tight. Cindy

I would give 5 stars because my package arrived very quickly and everything works great. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I ordered extra liners and didn't receive them. I recommend ordering extra accessories separately.

Excellent tracking system but when I program my pets at 11-14 lbs I shouldn't be getting notifications for a 4-7lb pet. They are just looking and adding a little weight. That doesn't co-align with the pets I set. The excessive notifications are a bit much.
