MeowantReviews of meowant.com

Missing plastic guard with kitty on it. Missing phone number for customer support. Do not see the app. And no instructions on how to connect to WiFi or app. Very frustrating.

Customer service is not prompt in returning answers to your questions. I love my Meowant but I believe there is an issue with it and it may stop working soon. I feel for the cost it should work for years not months. It sounds normal when the drum turns to the right, but when it turns to the left it drags the motor down so much it sounds like it is going to stop or lock up. I sent a video to customer service and they said it was working as it should. I have had my Meowant about 7 months and it is continuing to turn slower and slower. I made 2 additional attempts to get a response from customer service with no luck.

So far so good, kinda. I bought 2 of these litter boxes to replace a no name one that stopped working, hoping it would keep one of my bad kitties from peeing outside the litter box. She has peed twice on the litter mat that came with each box. I guess that’s better than peeing on the floor.

Unfortunately this litter sticks to the bottom of the pan when my cat pees....I have it set for 25 minutes. Will be going back to crystal litter

Please don’t use FedEx as your shipping agency- bad delivery experience

Good price, functions ok. Not the best at keeping odor in. Also, our does not empty the litter entirely when we need to do a deep clean.

I can't give a review yet it for my daughter for Christmas

I like the fact that there’s less litter on the floor. The only complaint I have is some of the wet litter sticks to to side of the container instead of dumping in the bin.
