This thing is so dirty and stinky! It doesn't sift out everything and everything smears inside... It's also too small for my larger cats( reg cats not Maine coons or anything) I hate it and I want my money back

Stated 3-5 days delivery. After 7 days checked status and said delivered. Week later received message out for delivery. Received two days later. After thinking this was a scam, went out a bought another locally. Now have two.

The litter box was supposed to be for multiple cats. I have three. We are having to empty the waste container twice a day. The waste is sticking to the roof of the litter box. I might as well be scooping the litter myself. I'm disappointed

Well was out of stock on the color and model purchased. So, I requested a different model and color. Received an email okay can do and revised model will be shipped. They shipped my order and it was the original model but a different color. Plua took over 2 weeks to ship out and receive. Seriously and was comped a few litter bags. The cheapest product.

The weight sensor doesn’t work correctly. Such an expensive item so it’s annoying that there are issues with it.

My order didn't ship for 15 days ( said 3-5) Then I feel like it only shipped because I emailed and asked about it after being told that an item wouldn't ship for 20-30 days cause it's out of stock. So everything else was shipped in 3 different shipments. Just a hassle. Hopefully the product is amazing and worth the wait. Will update.

Hi, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by shipping the items separately. But it will be overweight if we ship them in one package. Except the pet odor eliminator, all three items were delivered. Hope you like our products.

This product says it is automatic, but it is not clear that it MUST be connected to wifi to operate automatically
Response from MeowantMay 14, 2025
Hi, we are so sorry to hear about the issue you've faced with our product. By connecting to WiFi, you can modify the automatic cleaning time on the app. If you don't connect to WiFi, the default automatic cleaning time is one minute after the cat leaves.
