I like the litter box, but the top hatch will not close. The drum will not turn. Help me fix this.

the only complain I have is how long it took to get it. I was told in advance that it would take this long. but I can't understand why it should take that long. My 3 cats are slowly getting used to it. trying to buy mre bags but having trouble finding the right one. please help. thanks in advance, nancy teitel

Not sure the trash collector is big enough or several days

You would get 5 stars, because I did just buy a second unit, but...the ad said in stock, then after I ordered I got the same out of stock message as last time. Worth the wait though. This thing is huge, I have 8 cats in the house, it was just a whoosh and 2 do it yourself model's, before the whoosh it was 5 do it yourself model's. Soon it will be...Zero do it yourself model's, oh...it could use a stronger motor too. I would pay extra.

It was easy to set up and get ready to use. We have an older cat that had no issues with getting into the box. Our younger kittens cats are still trying to figure it out but are very curious during the cleaning cycle. The only down fall we have experienced so far is how dirty the used litter bin gets. We do have another automatic litter box that has a cleaner litter disposal cycle and bin but it is harder to get in and out of. Since we got the Meowant box we are considering replacing the other automatic litter box with a bigger Meowant box.

The litterbox is great initially. It does not handle diarrhea well at all. It gets all over everything.
