I was so pumped to get this box but it’s smaller than it seems which was ok for my large cat but regardless of the litter type I use, the urine sits at the edge of the litter since the box itself is so shallow, you can’t put more in or it’s too much for the box so I’m constantly having to “scrape” the litter and run a manual cycle to get the urine to be dumped. I may as well have a scoop it myself box. Total bummer. I’ll be asking to return it and saved all my packaging. Fingers crossed 🤞

Review for the Meowant Self-Cleaning Litter Box Model MW-LR01. Purchased this at the beginning of 2025. Ever since I have had the device, the machine makes this ungodly clunking noise every time the globe rotates, like its getting caught on something. So much for nearly silent. This is even with using the correct amount of litter. The decal on the front peeled off right away on its own. Contacted support over the sticker, no response. Also, the basin that holds the rotating globe is leaking urine every time a cat uses the litter box, so urine is pooling in the box and destroying EVERYTHING. The wheels, the magnets, metal components; it is all getting rusted with cat urine. Now my machine has a disgustingly pungent smell that wont go away. Im using the right litter, cleaning it often, etc etc. still happens. I would give it one star if the device didn’t do its job, but only two since I feel like I got scammed with a junk product that barely does what it describes. For around $500 retail with no sales, get a different litter box. I wouldn’t support this brand, they seem to not have good customer service or product inspection. I doubt they’d refund my product or give me a different box.

I'm experiencing a lot of issues with my litter box 2 of the most occurring things that are happening is that the cat box seems to think there will be a cat in it and there won't be a cat in it and the second thing is most of the time when my cat goes into it to use it and leaves it doesn't detect it leaving and I will have to unplug the box and plug it back in for it to reset and clean itself or I have to continuously go on my app or hit the bun on the box to clean it myself it's getting really annoying not too happy about it

Disappointed with the SC02 Meowant. It says XL but my 12.5 lbs cat is struggling to fit and has been spilling and tracking litter. The dirty litter is also not getting emptied and is stuck to the back, bottom and sides. Have to get a brush to scrape the sides, bottom and back so the benefit of self-cleaning is definitely not there. In addition, I now have to cleanup outside the litter box not just litter but fecal matter as well. Want to exchange or return but that will cost in shipping as that is not covered by Meowant.

I'm not sure why all 4 products are shipped separately I am still waiting on the gel odor eliminator. So far my cats have not used it,they are used to a crystal litter not sure if that's the problem they have an automatic litter box and regular ones so...? I'm sure they will as I remove them
