MeowantReviews of meowant.com

I love the products from this company. Especially for ADHD folks like me, having the easily selfcleaning litter box actually helps me to keep up with manually cleaning my other traditional litter box. The only feedback I have from this last transaction is that the product was out of stock and back ordered, but I didn't see a notice from the company letting me know, so when it didn't come as promised, I had to inquire. If they sent me a notice, I missed it (maybe it got filtered as spam?)

Responded well to questions about order. The shipping was a little slow due to product availability. I understand that this happens so it was no big issue. It would have helped if this was communicated before having to ask why it hadn’t shipped for a few weeks. But besides this small issue all was pleasant.

Product arrived in good condition and unit worked as advertised following setup instructions. I had ordered additional gel and bags but did not receive in the shipment. There was no indication that another package was sent separately. Hopefully customer service sees this and notifies me of the status of the additional items ordered. UPDATE - missing items did arrive in a separate shipment. Cats are using the litter box! So far everything working as advertised.

I was satisfied with the price and speed of delivery, but the day after my purchase, the ad was offering 3 deoderizing blocks( I received 1) and I need to find the best clumping litter. My cat is an adult, but some of his solid clumps still go through the sifter and back into the tray afterwards. Over time I wonder if this may cause issues

I have not been able to connect the Meowant to my phone. It shows up as in the location and processes up to 95% then stops and an error msg comes up. I have adjusted the WiFi name, my log in code and still no connection.

Very good person but I had a bit of a problem with communication I never received an order number or shipping information so was kinda worried about my order but all in all a good experience and I received my order and all is well looks like a nice product and should serve my cats well thank you

Customer service responds within a day. Its taking a whole to get the product I ordered which I agreed to shortly after ordering. The response time is great but I have had to ask for updates multiple times rather than updates being provided on a regular basis.

Love the cat box. The 4 stars are for the wait to receive the box. It was backordered. Have three cats, and they love it, so do I. Makes life easier.
