UPDATE EDIT: the partial refund they offer is $30.00. I was wondering why soo many influencers pushed this one Almost a month into using, still cannot get cats to use the Meowant. I have 3 kitty cats, one is about to turn 17, and they were using the mat that came with, or just using the floor next to Meowant. I finally had to put the old cat box adjacent to Meowant. App? I can't get it to record accurately. I've used the same litter, using some out of original box when I first set it up. Would I return it? yes. It costs over 100.00 to return it. I should have done more homework

Placed order on June 5th with shipping standard 3-5 nusiness day. After a week i emailed asking when it would ship and was told it was pre-sale and wouldn't ship till after 30 days. When i replyed to ask for refund i was ignored. I emailed several times after askin for updates with no reply.

I have only received part of my order that I paid for and I am waiting on the other half of my order. I haven’t heard if the item is still on back order or shipped. Ordering on the website was easy. Finding my products was easy. Payment is a bit annoying when using a credit card bc it will take you to two sites to process the payment.

The unit is working properly; it is emptying all the litter into the bag not just the waste. Should it empty the waste into the bag and the transfer the good litter back into the bottom of the litter box?

Thank you for your review. The model you have is SC02. You need to remove the litter empty board when using. Only attach it when all litter needs to be emptied.

I ordered a litter box and a box of bags last month and only received the bags. It’s been three weeks and I still don’t have the litter box.

It requires frequent cleaning inside. Dirty litter is stuck to the interior. Defeats the reason for spending so much money to not have to clean the litterbox frequently. Very disappointed. I want to return it.

We’re sorry the experience hasn’t met your expectations. To improve cleaning performance and reduce buildup, we recommend extending the automatic cleaning time to 10–15 minutes. This allows clumping litter to set properly. We have sent you emal about this, please kindly check it.

I bought the litter box a year ago and it worked wonderfully at first in about 8 months it's started acting up and not running and now it doesn't want to work at all and of course the company will give no help not even trouble shooting advice. It's not worth the 350.00 I paid for it never again. And the bags I ordered took 3 months to receive.
